Over the Top Customer Service I very rarely feel inclined to write a review , but when I recieved world class customer service like I did with J.R at Hawthorne Chevy I felt it was I very rarely feel inclined to write a review , but when I recieved world class customer service like I did with J.R at Hawthorne Chevy I felt it was my job to share the experience. J.R. jumped through hoops to get me the car I wanted at a price that fit my needs. He was honest, kept his word, and had me out of the dealership in my brand new Traverse faster than any of my previous leasing dealerships.
