Lie upon lie, avoid this place Worst experience with sales rep Tom Verheck, used car manager Luis Pacheco, and finance manager. Was promised $1000 off, they would purchase my lease, Worst experience with sales rep Tom Verheck, used car manager Luis Pacheco, and finance manager. Was promised $1000 off, they would purchase my lease, my suburban was a Certified used with extended protection. None of that was true! They took my lease in as an early return leaving me to pay wear and tear now. They never gave me the $1000 off Luis Pacheco promised as he claimed Steve the owner told to give me. My sales rep completely misrepresented the entire deal and never ensured my vehicle was certified. In fact he told me to certify it would cost me $500 but they could wave it because I know the owner. GM said that was wrong because any car marked as CPO must be inspected before it is certified and it is at no cost to you. I had to take a day off to drop off my vehicle and lost it for a day to have the CPO processed as it should have been when the dealership took in the vehicle initially. The sales rep then never ensured I had two keys until I asked, he never activated my on star, Sirius radio, or signed the CPO documents. The finance guy admitted telling me he was factoring the $1000 off but still can’t show me where it came off. The sales rep doesn’t stand by his promises to make the lease go away, then they couldn’t figure out if the vehicle actually was certified even though it showed up on the GM website and their website as a CPO vehicle. Not to mention the vehicle was never cleaned on inside because as I pointed out to the sales rep and later a manager named Ryan the seat had nail polish stain and a popped stitch on seat. I only went to this place because the owner Steve Barna Sr. Is a friend of a family member and I spoke to him at her birthday party. He shook my hand when I came in and said they would take of me and he selected the sales rep who screwed me and introduced me to Luis the used car lot manager who promised me $1000 off to make the deal. Little did I know that no body actually respects the owner enough to follow through and make his customers happy. I will never advise anyone to visit this place. More
