I have brought my car in twice for a leak in my tire. The tire still is leaking. I even showed them where the leak is. The tire pressure has been low every time I get it returned to me but I was assured it w tire still is leaking. I even showed them where the leak is. Hawthorne Chevrolet-not very good service. I went to the them for a sunroof issue 10 times at is was never fixed correctly the first. I left voice mails with upper management personnel and did not receive a them for a sunroof issue 10 times at is was never fixed correctly the first. I left voice mails with upper management personnel and did not receive a response. When I spoke to the salesperson, he was willing to help, but when I asked for resolution of the sunroof issue I was told that it was another department I had to go to. I was given the run around regarding the problem for about a year. Finally about a month ago, I alone had to call GM and that was what finally prompted the dealership to fix the issue. Thankfully the problem is resolved now but it was an ordeal for about a year. Thank you. More
