Highly Recommend I knew it was time to buy something more reliable and I had no idea where to turn. We discussed the basics of what I needed (4 doors, and room for my large retriever and two growing boys) and Jeremy gave me ideas of what was on the lot. I live 165 miles from Boise, so after deciding on a possible vehicle we did a walk through on Skype (seriously, what other dealer would do that?). I ended up driving to Boise on Saturday to test drive and look at the vehicle in person. Jeremy had a family emergency and wasn't able to be there, so Ryan was able to help me. Everyone that I met that morning was pleasant and great to work with, very informed and Jeremy had passed along my information in his absence. I ended up buying the vehicle and even received a follow-up call from Jeremy wanting to provide the utmost service possible. There was a small hole in the seat, which was outsourced to someone local to have repaired. I didn't have to drive back to Boise for such a small thing, and I was incredibly pleased with both Hawkes Motors and the company that repaired the seat. The value for my money was impressive, I thought I would end up with a bare-bones vehicle just to stay within my budget but that certainly wasn't the case. I've already recommended Hawkes Motors to several people, and I will be a return customer. More

The first time he let us test drive multiple vehicles and stayed to talk to us about options. When we decided to explore another route for a vehicle we only received one follow-up car (to check on us because we thought we would be back in) and they kindly accepted our decline. Well our other route didn't end up working out so a month later we came back (again at closing, sorry Jeremy), and were happy to see the vehicle we were interested in was still there. We were given a fair trade-in and because the price of the new vehicle was already fair we made the deal. As much as I wasn't looking forward to a car payment I felt good about the deal and was happy the type of vehicle we wanted was available at Hawkes so we could support a local business with an obvious focus on customer service, no pressure, and fairness. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Hawke's Motors. I have been very pleased with the vehicles, and that is what is most important in the end. I felt like they cared whether or not I could make my payments and not feel pinched by an expensive car bill. They even helped me look for local banks with the best rates! I had the best experience at Hawkes Motors! I was greeted right off by Lincoln and he was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I didn't know what type of car I was looking for and Lincoln was so patient and let me test drive a few cars before I made a decision. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. After I had decided which car I was going to purchase, we went to the office to start the paperwork and Ryan stepped in to help because Lincoln became involved with another customer. Ryan was so helpful and processed the paperwork so quickly. He was very reassuring and answered any questions that I had regarding the car and the sale. He explained every step of the process and was very kind. At the end of the paperwork, I found out that because I was purchasing a car on Black Friday I got a $500.00 gift card and Ryan actually gave me $500.00 in cash instead! I was elated! My husband and I didn't know how we were going to pay for Christmas this year and this solved our problem.
