1st Service on my New Car I brought in my Crosstrek for the first oil change and tire rotation. The staff welcomed me and confirmed the reasons for my visit. I was promptly shown to the lounge area which was quite comfortable. To my surprise, the service was performed in about one hour which was less time than I anticipated. I checked out (first oil change free!), my car was washed and I was on my way. The service staff was very professional and efficient. Overall very pleasant experience! More

The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is the type of windshield reminder sticker that is used for an oil change. They put a “real” sticker on the inside of my windshield that I cannot remove bc it’s all sticky and gooey. It was affixed in a really bad spot - right in the line of my sight as I’m driving. If it was like a “color form” type vinyl sticker, it could be moved to a different spot. Please consider using different reminder stickers that “cling” to the window vs stick. More
