Change of Tire I am thoroughly impressed with the entire Subaru team -Customer Service Person Kim, Rocco - Sales Manager at Hawk and Justin R/Calvin. Our issue with I am thoroughly impressed with the entire Subaru team -Customer Service Person Kim, Rocco - Sales Manager at Hawk and Justin R/Calvin. Our issue with bubble in tire was a unique one and as we know it probably not under any warranty or so we were told. Car only had 6000 miles so we requested a change via Subaru’s customer service 800 number. Hawk Sales Manager - Rocco and his service team led by Calvin and Justin were superb. Got the case resolved in a day giving us a new tire. I had always heard that Subaru makes great products, but now I am convinced they provide excellent service too. Thank you and my son really thanks you as at his young college going age every penny counts so not having to fork out another $200-$300 for a tire on a brand new car was a blessing. In times where customer service is deteriorating rapidly I got three people on the phone in a span of 3-5 mins to resolve the case. Sincere appreciation!!! More

The air was blowing warm air. It seems to be working. It was in 3 times for the same issue. I purchased a Subaru from Hawk in Augus I don’t usually write reviews, but the service department has been unprofessional too many times to let it go. I purchased a Subaru from Hawk in August of ‘18. I was to have a clear coat applied. So, I made an appointment for the service. I arrive to be told that they have no record are are unable to help me. I reschedule and that goes ok. I have come back for my routine oil changes and routine maintenance. This time was oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair. I made an appointment online for 10:30, received the confirmation, my husband arrived and was told they had no record of my appointment. To add insult to injury, he then had a 2 hour wait. We drive an hour to come to Hawk for service, there is no way we would waste the time without an appointment. I want my Subaru in qualified hands, it’s important enough to me to make a lengthy drive to do it. The inconsistency is the problem and the lack of trying to improve a situation. I don’t think we will be coming back, which is a shame because the Sales department is great! More
