Love the New Facility It was my first time at the new facility on Route 59, and all of the staff made me feel very welcome, guiding me to where the car drop-off was. Justin, in sales, helped me understand which services my car needed for its first check-up — and afterward gave me details about the status of parts of the car like the tires. He also made sure that all factory recalls were taken care of. Justin made it a priority to communicate what the facility recommended to keep my car safe, and the thorough care of this staff puts my mind at ease when I’m driving. Instead of charging me anyway, they said that my car was in good shape and that I didn’t need to bring it in until later. More
