Very friendly efficient service! Sometimes the reason for a visit is one that you wished did not appear. Yet it's nice to be surprised by the wonderful service and sales employees. Sometimes the reason for a visit is one that you wished did not appear. Yet it's nice to be surprised by the wonderful service and sales employees. Justin was attentive in questioning me about the problems that had arisen and promised that the crew would examine each factor while conducting the regular service requested. The result was that the vehicle is back in great operational condition. Resetting everything did eliminate the electrical problems that had occurred. Happy! Yet it did not solve and determine the source of the problem: power drainage after electrical problems that had occurred two days prior. In the past it seemed that keeping the doors locked at each occasion that I have to stop and leave the vehicle does eliminate the electrical power drainage. Yet it still doesn't answer the question: why? You do have a nice setting for the service operations! The cost is high yet close to other service operations. In a discussion with your sales department I was happy to hear that electrical powered vehicles will probably come to the Mid-West in several years. Great! That fact seems to have been a delight to several of the volunteer employees who I work with. More

New Location Recently had my car in for service at the new Subaru location and noticed the following. Short handed but good service from the advisors. Hand towel Recently had my car in for service at the new Subaru location and noticed the following. Short handed but good service from the advisors. Hand towels overflowing and on the floor in the men's washroom. While they offer popcorn it was pretty much gone and not refilled while I was there. The lighting in the wating area was too bright for my eyes. Yes, these are nit picky things and just my obsevations. Service was good and I'll be back. More
Did not have loaner as promised and confirmed. Scheduled and confirmed service appt. and loaner. When I showed up on-time for 8 am appt., was informed no loaner was available for the day. So, got Scheduled and confirmed service appt. and loaner. When I showed up on-time for 8 am appt., was informed no loaner was available for the day. So, got a ride home from dealer and cancelled my scheduled personal plans for the day. Over an hour later, after I left a text message to the salesperson, the dealer let me know that they now magically had a loaner. So, I had to reschedule some of the apps. I cancelled for the second time. Very unhappy with this inconvenience, especially since the use of a loaner for the day was confirmed several times. This was my first experience with Subaru Service, and I was not pleased. More
Subaru recall and 35,000 mile checkup I was informed of everything that needed to be done along the way. Ryan was very sweet and helpful!
