I had to have my windshield replaced and there was a problem with the connection with the washer fluid and windshield wiper. All was resolved with consideration to inconvenience me as little as possible. All of the employees in the service department are always very considerate! More

Very easy and was nice to drive inside The process was easy, great to drive right inside, especially in bad weather. The service guy was very friendly and easy to work with. My only suggestion would be to let people know while on the phone or in email that you can pull up to the glass garage door and someone will open to let you in. I parked and wasn’t sure if I should pull up to the the Door, I eventually pulled up to door and was getting out of my car to walk in when the door opened, then asked if I should pull in. Love the new building We had our Subaru in for the 30,000 mile checkup so we were there for about an hour and a half.
