AGAIN, Fantastic staff, fabulous service! Justin, once again has helped me with my car issues. Hopefully this will be the charm. recalls The recalls were going to take longer than I expected so I was given a loaner for a few hours. Did expect this but was glad about it. Tire pressure alert Justin was very informative and explained that my passenger rear tire pressure was down to 18psi. He checked for foreign object which there was none. Changing my own oil is wrong????? I would usually give a positive review, however the last time I was in for an oil consumption problem, the service person told me that I was wrong to I would usually give a positive review, however the last time I was in for an oil consumption problem, the service person told me that I was wrong to change my own oil. I have been changing my 2018 Subaru Outback since we purchased it. The car is designed for an easy exchange and I enjoy doing it. Our car is having oil consumption and I noted it to the previous person for our 30,000 mile service. I was told at that time, if the oil is consuming to bring it back to the dealer to have them check it. When I went in this last time, I explained to the new service person the situation and he just said back to me that they had no record of them changing oil. I told him I like to change my oil. He said that I was doing the wrong thing. He also told me that all cars burn oil. I've been changing oil in all my cars and none (this new) have ever lost oil. He argued with me about oil consumption. The way he approached the situation was to attack my knowledge. Then he brought up how the BMW car burns quarts of oil. I don't believe comparing this situation to a BMW is the right thing to do. I'm burning a quart per 6,000 miles. I don't find this acceptable and I don't like being treated like I'm not knowledgeable about cars. I'm not sure who the service person was, so I am tagging Shaun Shore for no reason on this review. More
Positive experience I arrived early but was greeted promptly by my service advisor Hootan. He was very nice and explained clearly what I needed. Even though my appointmen I arrived early but was greeted promptly by my service advisor Hootan. He was very nice and explained clearly what I needed. Even though my appointment was only for an oil change I was able to get everything needed in this one appointment. This was very convenient so I did not have to come back. I was treated very well which is important to me. Hootan was great! My only frustration is that I had to have the rear brakes replaced this is the second time I had to have something major done to the rear brakes it seems like a lot for a car that only has 63,000 miles. More

Great experience I have been going all the way to Naperville (30 miles further than I need to) because of their awesome service. I stopped using Hawk Joliet because I I have been going all the way to Naperville (30 miles further than I need to) because of their awesome service. I stopped using Hawk Joliet because I hated the Mazda combination service department. I gave this new service department a try and was extremely pleased to find the Subaru reputation back in action there. Justin Kielma was friendly, professional and made it an all around positive experience. More
