Service was fine. I went in for a recall on my 2018 Forester, only took an hour. Friendly service from Jeff. I had called about two week prior to coming in to inquire how long the service would take. After the service, the car was washed. It would have been great if it had been toweled off. Left streaks. Also, we received a post card stating that if we brought in a picture of our pet we would get a 10% great if it had been toweled off. Left streaks. The man who wrote the order said that that promotion had expired. It states that it was good until Nov. 15. After the service, another person said that he would honor the promotion so we did get the discount. However, no pet supplies. ???? More
I went in for an oil change and to replace my battery on my remote. When oil change was done your service person asked me if I wanted it washed ( you have have always done this, I’ve never been asked. It w my remote. Than I had to go to another window to get the battery taking longer.plus I can’t believe I paid 75 dollars and change for an oil change only. He also told me I need it a new filter, why didn’t he ask me before so that that could have done it at that time?! More
2015 Subaru Legacy was brought in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I also spoke to the staff (Jeff Colbert) about a recent letter we received about a recall from Subaru for our vehicle pertaining routine maintenance. I also spoke to the staff (Jeff Colbert) about a recent letter we received about a recall from Subaru for our vehicle pertaining to the exhaust system. I showed the letter to Jeff when I checked in. I was told they would check it. I assumed it was checked but when I read the report when I got home it stated the recall could not be completed, no explanation from anyone. I was not happy. We purchased the Legacy from Hawk and have had all the maintenance done at Hawk for the past five years. I will call to get information. I assume I will have to schedule another appointment. More
