The dealership service department did not perform the maintenance requested. I scheduled my service appointment weeks in advance. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until I paid. I discovered that the services I paid for were not rendered! I brought it to the managers attention. The manager stated that the service were rendered and I then asked that he look at the vehicle. Once he saw the vehicle he changed his initial statement. The service was not rendered by their service department as scheduled and paid for. This is the second time their service department does not do their job for my vehicle. The manager did make me whole in reimbursement however I had to leave my vehicle there for another day so that the service could be rendered. When I received my vehicle the service performed was below quality standards. I’ve been going to this dealership for 6 plus years to purchase vehicles and services. At this point I am now looking to take my patronage elsewhere. More
