They were really quick to remember not completing the job. Texted cause I was busy with work and when I’m free and call back no answer. I just needed up talking to the lady at the front desk and put on hold for 20 minutes. They offered my next oil change free but I’m not even sure they’ll replace the oil filter at this point. More

I only received an invoice with general cost and totally void of any details on what was done to my Outback. The charge for the 30,000 mile service came in at $80 over the quote with a misc. $25 on top, wit void of any details on what was done to my Outback. Two attempts at getting my missing service report has lead to empty promises to receive the missing paper work in my email with no such email received. I have also left a message with Manager Kelvin Nunez and have not received a reply after 5 days. More
