Recall Service I was given an appointment within 3 days. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and asked if I would be leaving or waiting for the car. I waited and i I was given an appointment within 3 days. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and asked if I would be leaving or waiting for the car. I waited and it took 30 minutes less than the 1 and 1/2 hours I had expected. The waiting room was clean and chairs were appropriately distanced. The gentleman who took care of me was extremely polite and pleasant. He gave me his name and direct number in the event that I had any problems. More

Polite, timely,not pushy I was disappointed that staff weren’t wearing masks. My service guy put one on when he saw mine. No one else had one on.
