Once I explained the situation and that I wasn't getting help from roadside assistance they dispatched a technician to my house, jumped my car and left me with a loaner while they investigated the underlyin help from roadside assistance they dispatched a technician to my house, jumped my car and left me with a loaner while they investigated the underlying cause for the battery to suddenly go dead. This was the best experience I have ever gotten at a dealership.. I called Kayla on Friday 7/3 and told her exactly what I wanted the Subaru Legacy Sport and she had it delivered the next day. Tom Saieg and I got down to the basics, what I thought I could afford comfortably, and which kind of vehicle would best suit my needs. The procedure was cordial, timely and productive. Further any questionable items (trade in value, prep concerns, etc) were accommodated to our mutual satisfaction by Chris Tsaliangos so we had a handshake "deal". I came in very short while later to have Shaun present a very reasonable extended warranty.and draft the final all inclusive paperwork. Overall, this was the most cordial and rewarding car buying experience I've had. And as a senior citizen, I've been thru the process quite a few times More

Stop turning off my auto headlights Not sure why but my lights are always turned off after service. I usually figure this out when another driver flashes their lights at me. Obviously this could be potentially dangerous and I know I'm ultimately responsible but it not something I think about daily because they automatically turn on for me when on auto. I can't think of a single reason why the dealership would need to turn them off. If for some reason the dealership does need to turn off my lights, please add it to your checklist to turn them back on when you are done. Other than that pet peeve, they do a great job. More
