The service and everything went great the reason why I’m not giving a 5 star review is because when I got back into me car a lot of the settings I had were messed up. The settings on the dash were changed as well. That is the only problem I had when getting my car back. More

Rocco, Michael and Sean were great to work with and efficient and knowledgeable team players. I was in and out with the new vehicle in less than 3 hours. I came off a 39 month lease 12 months early m efficient and knowledgeable team players. I was in and out with the new vehicle in less than 3 hours. I came off a 39 month lease 12 months early moving from a 2019 Ascent into the purchase of a 2021 Ascent. Initially, I wasn't sure that I wanted such a large vehicle so I did the lease in 2019. Both vehicles handle quite well, especially for such a large SUV compared to the supercharged Grand Prix that I was used to driving. Two deals in 2 years for me with the same professional HAWK team. Came in for a scheduled Oil Change. Also was asked if I wanted the Tires Rotated, "I said, Sure!" Did not realize that I would be additionally charged for the Tire Rotation. I had purchased the Tires fro wanted the Tires Rotated, "I said, Sure!" Did not realize that I would be additionally charged for the Tire Rotation. I had purchased the Tires from Discount Tire and they offer free rotation. I recently had my F-150 Truck serviced at my local Ford Dealer that provide a "Works Package" with an Oil Change that includes a tire rotation at no extra charge. I would have appreciated the Service Advisor informing me of the additional cost of $19.95 for the tire rotation up front, rather than mentioning, "Would you like your tires rotated?" So all in all, my oil change and tire rotation amounted to $89 to which I was able to apply a $5 off coupon, which lowered my cost to $86.29! Not exactly sure how that works, but I was not expecting this cost for the day! Seemed a bit steep IMO for an oil change with tire rotation, but YMMV. I will not be making a similar mistake in the future if servicing again at Subaru. More
