My Impreza was in for the Starlink update and the coil recall. The service person was very friendly and explained everything well. In the past I received the checklist of what they checked. This time I did not receive the $49 free check list. I know I had a slow leak in one of my tires. It was at 29 psi and should be 32 psi (rear tire). I thought it would have been checked and filled. It was not, therefore I believe nothing was checked on the $49 free value list. I didn't care that it wasn't checked, but don't put that on the service ticket. I went home and filled the tire and a couple of days later I pulled the tire off the vehicle to find a nail in the tire so I patched it. All I expected from them was to make sure the pressure washer correct. More

It is such a pleasure to work with the people at Hawk Subaru of Joliet. They are so pleasant and there is no pressure. I worked with Josh and Rocco and ended up with a wonderful Forester at a good price. Subaru of Joliet. They are so pleasant and there is no pressure. I worked with Josh and Rocco and ended up with a wonderful Forester at a good price. I had an appointment for later that afternoon and they were able to get me out of the showroom with my new car in 1 and 1/2 hours. Josh explained all of the accessories so that I could understand it and encouraged me to come back in for any reason. This was my second car lease with Hawk Subaru and both experiences were exceptionally pleasant and hassle-free. I will be back again for my next car. More
