The customer experience at this subaru was not at all what I expected. I am a young female who was purchasing her first brand new car and they treated me as if I wasn't able to actually get the brand new what I expected. I am a young female who was purchasing her first brand new car and they treated me as if I wasn't able to actually get the brand new outback wilderness, I was given a smaller subaru that the gentleman thought was good for me because his daughter who is my age bought it. Wow, just wow. I was dreading going to the car dealership. Level of anxiety was pretty high. I researched what to expect and how to deal with certain situations when buying a car. After losing all faith in dealerships, I called looking for prices on parts to do a repair myself. They were able to look me up and noticed I had an extended warranty.
