While living out in AZ for a year, my ac was cutting in and out regularly. Took it to a Subaru dealership out there MULTIPLE times where they did a recharge, inserted dye to find a possible leak, cleaned o and out regularly. Took it to a Subaru dealership out there MULTIPLE times where they did a recharge, inserted dye to find a possible leak, cleaned out the cabin filter, and ultimately said there was nothing wrong and that AZ is just too hot for the ac to keep up and I should tint my windows…..after moving back to Il and returning to Hawk for my services I decided to bring it in and see if they had any ideas. My forester was literally in the shop for minutes and they had the problem, the part, and were able to replace it in an hour. It’s amazing how different my experience was Hawk. Will definitely continue to service my Subaru at Hawk. They have always been fantastic More

Our car was towed to Hawk from Bradly/Bourbonaise. Everyone in the the service department (especially Luis) was extremely helpful. After four days we drove the loaner back to our home 7 hours away and Hawk assisted in having our car towed to us when the new transmission was put it.
