I had an appointment on Tuesday at 10:15 am, or so I thought, for an oil change and tire rotation. But I accidentally made the appointment with another Hawk dealership instead. I was so embarrassed but thought, for an oil change and tire rotation. But I accidentally made the appointment with another Hawk dealership instead. I was so embarrassed but LUIS FIGUEROA was so nice and accommodating and got my vehicle right in. He even checked to see if I needed anything while I was waiting in the waiting area. He is a very nice man. Thank you so much Luis for not making me feel like a total idiot! lol More
