How funny, my car has not operated since I picked it up with the assurance that a broken radio volume knob has crippled my car. Never once did your service manager return my call. Even when I called before I picked up my vehicle and was told he was busy with customers and would return my call. 2 minutes later when I walked in, saw him sitting in his office with another employee laughing and most certainley not helping a customer! I have to put a battery charger on my Subaru for a power drain that is clearly a large issue listed all over the internet, as well as my broken winshield that is another common issue. If you would like to call me as I have called you hundreds of times without on return call, please feel free. Im so done with this car Im getting rid of it. Its not safe to drive and thats because you let a customer drive away in something that your service dept didnt want to be bothered with. Truely Shameful!

So after 3 more days with a car that isnt safe to operate assured by Hawk Auto they have no intention to help a customer in need. Its comical to make a public statement offering to help?? DO NOT BUY FROM HAWK AUTO!!! Protect your family and use a reputable dealership!

I have to charge my New Subaru everyday or the car wont run. Never a word from Hawk Auto! Hawk Auto is not a good dealership! Spend your money somewhere else where the dealership actually cares about people more than the sale!

Tina K I’ll say it again: By Far- Thee best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. No BS or game playing. Chris and Kayla were outstanding. I found the Crosstrek I wanted on their internet which was in transit. I met with Chris and Boom! the car was ordered. I was approved in minutes. His words “ I got you” and he meant it. It even came in 4 days early. Kayla was awesome every step of the way and very explanative showing me all the features on my new car. I even got a gift for my dog on Make A Dogs Day! Next up-Chandra in finance, she was a pleasure to meet and in minutes I was out the door. Well done! I give them 10 ⭐️‘S
