Went for oil change tire rotation, sat for hour and half just for them to charge me for rotation and not do it, no air in tires, and everything was green on the report as if they checked anything to begin w just for them to charge me for rotation and not do it, no air in tires, and everything was green on the report as if they checked anything to begin with. They were really quick to remember not completing the job. Texted cause I was busy with work and when I’m free and call back no answer. I just needed up talking to the lady at the front desk and put on hold for 20 minutes. They offered my next oil change free but I’m not even sure they’ll replace the oil filter at this point. More
