I was impressed with the sales team wanting me to pick what was best for me and not force me into something I wasn't sure about. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, everything was very smooth. I think it was the fastest I've ever taken to sign the paperwork. Everything was ready and wasn't forced to buy extra things I didn't want. Overall, I am happy with my decision to buy from Hawk.
