Our 6,000 mile service came up and we tried to schedule an appointment with a loaner vehicle. Service department told me they had NO loaners available. They said it would be an hour and a half service appointment! I didn't have time to wait since I am not from the area. Made no attempt to help me and refused to work with me. After spending $37,000 on a vehicle, you would think they would make every effort in taking care of the customers needs. There are plenty of professional, friendly and helpful Subaru dealerships in the Chicagoland area, stay away from HAWK. Not a good dealership. More

I bought a used Outback from them a few weeks ago, and the sunroof stopped functioning properly within a few hours of driving it. I called the dealership, and they told me "no problem, just bring it back and we'll get it taken care of". Well I brought it back, they diagnosed the issue, and now that it is apparently a more expensive undertaking than they anticipated, they are shedding any responsibility of this repair. More
