Great car service experience I had a computer software update per a recall letter performed as well as the 18K mile routine maintenance service. I had an 8:00 am appointment and I had a computer software update per a recall letter performed as well as the 18K mile routine maintenance service. I had an 8:00 am appointment and my car was vacuumed and the service was performed immediately. I was out the door after the service work in 90 minutes. Well Done! More

I drove 45 miles! After my last experience with Hawk it was well worth the 45 mile drive to have my recall repair taken care of. I love that they email you to remind you of your appointment and although I chose not to take it, they offered me a courtesy car to use while my repair was done. My repair was ready in about an hour, much faster than the 2-3 hours original estimate. More

Subaru purchase Jim Paulus, Hawk Subaru, was the salesperson that work with me to purchase/lease a new car. I thought I wanted a Forester, but was not convince becau Jim Paulus, Hawk Subaru, was the salesperson that work with me to purchase/lease a new car. I thought I wanted a Forester, but was not convince because of the size. The Forester was a little bigger than I wanted. Jim suggested I try the Crosstrek. After a few days of back and forth to the dealership, to dive both cars, I finally decided on the Crosstrek. Jim was not only very informative, but also very kind and more importantly, patient with me. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend Hawk Subaru and Jim Paulus. In addition, the managers Chris and Rocco, were just as terrific! More
