The best car-buying experience ever! I walked in to Hawk Subaru in Joliet, never having been there and knowing none of the employees, but already having the “Subaru love” because I owned I walked in to Hawk Subaru in Joliet, never having been there and knowing none of the employees, but already having the “Subaru love” because I owned one previously. I knew I wanted another one but I hadn’t decided between the Forester and Outback. I’m still in awe over what an exceptional experience I had at this dealership. My awesome salesman Dave Olsen allowed me to test drive both models (several different times!) and I finally decided on the Forester. Dave worked with the team to get me the color and features I wanted and there were zero games played with pricing and financing— Rocco and made that usually scary part of car-buying simple, straightforward, and very fair in my opinion. I walked out with a beautiful new vehicle, and I’m sorry but I have to say it one more time— everyone I met was great but Dave was the absolute best! If you’re in the market for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and ask for him when you go in. He is a kind, genuine guy who took tons of time to talk with me, answer all of questions, and in general, he just made the entire experience easy and totally enjoyable. Thanks to all my new buddies at Hawk— I just love my new Forester!!! More
Outstanding customer care A bad car crash brought us back to Hawk Subaru for a replacement vehicle. We traded our 2014 Outback for a 2018 last year just to get the new technol A bad car crash brought us back to Hawk Subaru for a replacement vehicle. We traded our 2014 Outback for a 2018 last year just to get the new technology.. It was still a good vehicle. Little did we know two weeks ago a crazy driver would total our Outback and send us to the hospital. Thankfully we were saved serious injury by the great safety features in our Subaru, especially the new styled whiplash protecting headrest. I have a lot of soft tissue injuries but my neck Is great, no pain because of the headrest protection...oh and all the airbag protection as well. We looked around but nothing can come close to the safety features in the Outback. If you don't see the sunroof you would think by the identical look of our vehicle that it was the same one. We came back to our same salesman Cole and were remembered and treated like family. Manager Chris T was equally welcoming and very helpful which we have come to expect from this dealership.. It will be a happier time next we meet at their new opening of their Route 59 location. Thanks from Denise and George More
