Very helpful staff even on there off day Sunday. I went into the dealership to look at a used 2017 and decided it had way to many features I would never use. The asked if I would be interested in a brand new vehicle with less features for the same price and I wound up driving the new forester and loved it. I traded in my old car and drive home my new Subaru and realized after I got home that I forgot my work I D in the sun visor. I emailed my sales representative that told me if I ever needed anything to not hesitate to ask so I emailed her Sunday morning to ask her if the car was still on the lot and if so I found tbe second remote if I could go there and get it. My sales representative emailed back saying my old car was still there and I could go and get my I D for work saving my a lot of hassle! More

Oil change and tire rotation went as expected. I had a 10:30 am appointment and the service took 1.5 hours. Seems like a little more time than it should have. Let me just say... he is awesome. He was very honest and easy to work with. I never felt like he was being pushy. There’s nothing more that I hate then a pushy car salesman. The fastest way for me to walk out the door is to be overbearing and pushy. . Jim never once made me feel like that. My last experience buying a vehicle at planet Toyota in Matteson was awful. They lost my business because of it. So, if your in the market for a new Suburu go ask for Jim! You won’t be disappointed! More
