Oil change and tire rotation went as expected. I had a 10:30 am appointment and the service took 1.5 hours. Seems like a little more time than it should have. Let me just say... he is awesome. He was very honest and easy to work with. I never felt like he was being pushy. There’s nothing more that I hate then a pushy car salesman. The fastest way for me to walk out the door is to be overbearing and pushy. . Jim never once made me feel like that. My last experience buying a vehicle at planet Toyota in Matteson was awful.
