No record I don’t usually write reviews, but the service department has been unprofessional too many times to let it go. I purchased a Subaru from Hawk in Augus I don’t usually write reviews, but the service department has been unprofessional too many times to let it go. I purchased a Subaru from Hawk in August of ‘18. I was to have a clear coat applied. So, I made an appointment for the service. I arrive to be told that they have no record are are unable to help me. I reschedule and that goes ok. I have come back for my routine oil changes and routine maintenance. This time was oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair. I made an appointment online for 10:30, received the confirmation, my husband arrived and was told they had no record of my appointment. To add insult to injury, he then had a 2 hour wait. We drive an hour to come to Hawk for service, there is no way we would waste the time without an appointment. I want my Subaru in qualified hands, it’s important enough to me to make a lengthy drive to do it. The inconsistency is the problem and the lack of trying to improve a situation. I don’t think we will be coming back, which is a shame because the Sales department is great! More
