Great Service and sales experience I have been looking at Subaru vehicles for approximately 18 months and have spoken to several dealers about them. With the exception of one sales per I have been looking at Subaru vehicles for approximately 18 months and have spoken to several dealers about them. With the exception of one sales person, I was "smothered" with follow up calls by all of the dealers that I called on a regular basis, that one exception was Michael W. at Hawke. I explained to Michael that I was not ready to buy today, but that when I was I would reach out, and that if he wanted to keep in touch by email that would be best. Fast forward to last week, my wife and I decided that we were ready to purchase a new vehicle and I called Michael to make an appointment. Even though it was later than he had planned on staying that day, Michael stayed and waited for us to come in. Once we were there, he let us shop rather than trying to "sell" us a car. I don't know about any one else, but I don't like to be "sold" anything, I make purchases based on my own criteria and research. Once we selected our Forester, the rest was easy. We were driving home in our new car in less than 3 hours. Which I thought was a reasonable amount of time based on what goes into closing a deal on a new vehicle. I test drove an Impreza Premium Sedan, and had a good discussion with Cole about my current vehicle and what I was looking for. He took his time to explain and demonstrate the features of the vehicle. After the test drive I inquired about the 5-door trim. He even showed me the Eye-Sight feature that was missing from the Sedan I test drove. A big thing for me was being given a quote that matched what I was calculating at home. After a week considering all the vehicles I looked at, I went with the Impreza 5-door and love it! More
