Ripoff They charged me for 6 quarts of oil even tho the service is described as a 5 quart oil change. They charge higher than the price quoted on the intern They charged me for 6 quarts of oil even tho the service is described as a 5 quart oil change. They charge higher than the price quoted on the internet. They tried to tell me to keep my $15.00 off coupon and give me only $5.00 off. It seems they are nickel and diming customers to pay for their new building. They claimed at 40 degrees it was too cold for my complimentary wash. I won't return here again. More

The negotiations went exactly as Cole predicted:10 minutes or less. No back and forth waiting for sales to talk to managers Finally ,the business end took care of every detail from state forms stickers and license plates We couldnt believe we were done so quickly. Finally, cole had the car washed and clean and the new plates and stickers were on.So there you have it in a nutshell. Buying our forester was a very happy experience More
