Hand towels overflowing and on the floor in the men's washroom. While they offer popcorn it was pretty much gone and not refilled while I was there. The lighting in the wating area was too bright for my eyes. Yes, these are nit picky things and just my obsevations. Service was good and I'll be back. More

Did not have loaner as promised and confirmed. Scheduled and confirmed service appt. and loaner. When I showed up on-time for 8 am appt., was informed no loaner was available for the day. So, got Scheduled and confirmed service appt. and loaner. When I showed up on-time for 8 am appt., was informed no loaner was available for the day. So, got a ride home from dealer and cancelled my scheduled personal plans for the day. Over an hour later, after I left a text message to the salesperson, the dealer let me know that they now magically had a loaner. So, I had to reschedule some of the apps. I cancelled for the second time. Very unhappy with this inconvenience, especially since the use of a loaner for the day was confirmed several times. This was my first experience with Subaru Service, and I was not pleased. More
