I never felt pressured, talked down to, or that they were trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. Both were patient and talked me through each step of the process. They also both stayed past the closing time to finish the deal and to show me the features on my new car. I would 100 % recommend Hawk Subaru to all of my friends, to anyone. The facility was nice, clean, welcoming and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. More

Got a new 2020 Forester Our sales person was very nice and knowledgeable but the sales manager seemed resistant to really helping us make a deal we were comfortable with. He seemed put out and made us feel like he didn't really want to bother with us. Both the sales manager and finance guy were very resistant to looking for better financing outside of their Subaru financing even though we have very good credit. We are happy with the car so far.
