Got a new 2020 Forester Our sales person was very nice and knowledgeable but the sales manager seemed resistant to really helping us make a deal we were comfortable with. He seemed put out and made us feel like he didn't really want to bother with us. Both the sales manager and finance guy were very resistant to looking for better financing outside of their Subaru financing even though we have very good credit. We are happy with the car so far. Aristoltle went out of his way to get the car we needed Aristotle was very welcoming me at the Hawk dealer on Caton Farm. We were just driving by on Saturday to browse and he got out of a car to ask us if Aristotle was very welcoming me at the Hawk dealer on Caton Farm. We were just driving by on Saturday to browse and he got out of a car to ask us if we needed anything and that connection was the reason we were able to get this used car perfect for our HS son. He texted us a few options and the car we were looking for to suit out needs came to light. He made sure to go through the whole used car, let me test drive it on the highway and made sure we were always up to date with the sale process. He led us through process slow enough to help teach my HS son the process for when he buys his first car. I recommend him for anyone to help locate and buy just the right car!! The sales manager and the finance managers were also very helpful and at no point felt any pressure. My experience was a very positive one. More
