New Vehicle WeOwe Service Appointment I arrived on time for my appointment. They had me sit in their waiting room for over 10 minutes as they got ready to check me in. Thought it was str I arrived on time for my appointment. They had me sit in their waiting room for over 10 minutes as they got ready to check me in. Thought it was strange since there was no one ahead of me. Actually, after sitting for too long, I finally got up and walked back to the service desk because I thought they had forgotten about me. It did seem to be the case, because the service advisor then immediately checked me in. Not a good start. Anyway, the rest of the service went well. They did a good job on installation of my We Owes. This is my second visit to this location's service department (once previously with my other vehicle). Both times they appeared sorta disorganized, possibly because they are new and getting their bugs out. Hopefully with time and experience, they'll improve. More
