The gentleman at the service desk was outstanding and very poliete. The poblem it brought car in for wasnt fixed. So i habe 2 bring the car back. My ps pump was replaced but no movement on the turbo. Purchased a 2020 Forester Touring as a replacement from Hawk. Outstanding in all aspects. Mike Widuch had the vehicle ready for a test drive and we closed the deal quickly. Additionally, I was still awaiting my claim check from insurance and they let me drive away on the spot and bring the downpayment in later in the week. From sales to service outstanding dealer and the new location is awesome. More

Frustration Based on communication from the service consultant, I believe too much of my 2.5 hour wait was not for the original requested repair, but for a mechan Based on communication from the service consultant, I believe too much of my 2.5 hour wait was not for the original requested repair, but for a mechanic to search for additional repair business to propose to me. After I paid for the scheduled service, I proceeded to try and exit the service bay but my car would not start. I was very frustrated as in the five years I have owned the car prior to THAT moment, it started without fail every single time. I returned the keys to the consultant and expressed my dissatisfaction, after an additional .5 hours the vehicle was again presented to me as done. It started and has continued to start every time since thus far. Three hours total for a scheduled oil change and spark plug (4) replacement seems far too long. More
