Great Experience and great price I was only interested in a Forester Sport and originally called about a used one advertised online and was willing to travel 4 hours to buy it. Ryan I was only interested in a Forester Sport and originally called about a used one advertised online and was willing to travel 4 hours to buy it. Ryan got me set up with a new Forester for just a little more $ than the used one! He took care of everything over the phone/internet. I rode the Amtrak to Joliet and Ryan had the car waiting for me when I got there. He had me in and out in no time so I could start my 4 hour drive home. Ryan is very knowledgeable in Subis new and old. It was great to talk to him about mods on classic Subis. I wish I could have stayed and talked with him longer but had to start driving home. I'm very grateful that they wash the outside of my car but I thought that they vacuum the inside of the car as well. I had contacted the service department and asked for the car to be detailed on the insi but I thought that they vacuum the inside of the car as well. I had contacted the service department and asked for the car to be detailed on the inside as well and they had no problem paying for it but that did not happen. I have to call back yet again to schedule the factory defect of a hair or something underneath my top coat of paint which turns out to be on the passenger rear door versus the passenger front door.
