Last fall bought new tires for my subaru with the understanding (and being told by the dealership) that tire rotations will be free when i come in if i need it. They now have ‘decided not to honor that policy’ and now give a roadside assistance program instead. Will probably never use the roadside assistance even with a flat. B-s in my book. Now its an oil change PLUS the cost of tire rotation. Had i known this ahead of time would have done tires near me to patronize local business instead. I should have known better. Still really love the car, just sad the direction all these car dealers are headed. More
