I was there on time for my appointment but my vehicle was not taken in for service until an hour later. The vehicle was driven in to get seviced and another 45 minutes passed before the vehicle was returned not taken in for service until an hour later. News flash, brand new tires installed seven days prior to service appointment would be at around 9/32 and not be showing replacement. Discount Tire, had the two existing tires at 7/32 the week prior. Also had the antifreeze/coolant listed as needing changed soon. The coolant was changed within the last 7,000 miles and only was in the car for about seven months. I appreciate a curtesy inspection, but not at the expense of made up xx to increase the profits of your dealership. That dishonesty will force me to distrust your establishment, and cause me to steer clear of it going forward. Thank you. More
