Hawk Mazda was not the closest Mazda dealership to my home but I chose to go there as their online inventory was strong and site navigation worked well. I had just started shopping and was pleased with h home but I chose to go there as their online inventory was strong and site navigation worked well. I had just started shopping and was pleased with how quickly and efficiently Danny pulled up CX5s with different trim levels to show me the differences. He answered my questions directly and thoroughly while demonstrating features I had questions about. Danny didn't pressure me for a decision but did ask what other vehicles I was considering. When I said I would also be looking at a Subaru Outback, I was surprised and pleased that within 5 minutes he pulled up with a comparable trim Outback from the neighboring dealership. I left because I did want to look at a Toyota. By evening I was convinced that the CX-5 was the value and I liked the dealership experience. I returned the next day to close the deal. Danny made sure the car was cleaned up and ready to go when I arrived, He installed the plates and helped with a few remaining questions/demos and offered to program the Mazda Ap for me. I am recommending Danny to a friend who is shopping a new vehicle. Danny was the best salesperson I've worked with in 45 years of car buying. He gets it. Focus on how the customer wants to pursue the buying process not on how you want to sell the car. In addition to the great sales process, pricing is obviously important. I was confident that I received the best possible deal. Highly recommend Danny and Hawk Mazda. More
