Make sure to do your math when presented with a purchase agreement. They like to throw in hidden charges such as ceramic Coating and VIN ETCH. They almost refused to remove those charges. At first it was a bad impression because no one greeted us when we came in. We waited for a good 15 minutes until we saw Rosa walked pass us towards her work station, my husband stopped her to ask if she w us when we came in. We waited for a good 15 minutes until we saw Rosa walked pass us towards her work station, my husband stopped her to ask if she works at the dealer and if she or anyone else will be able to help us with what we’re looking for. Rosa said she’s with a customer (she also explained that the dealer is short staff for the day) but afterwards she can help us check the inventory and get us the keys to the vehicle(s) we want to see. A short time later Rosa came back with the keys. Then we decided to walk with her to the lot to check out all the vehicles. I was surprised to find the vehicle in the color I wanted. So I took it for a test drive with Rosa. She was very helpful during the test drive as well as the negotiation process. When we agreed to purchase, Rosa also helped us with the initial loan process. She then helped us connect our vehicle via the Mazda app, secured our license plates, and showed us how to operate all the different functions inside the vehicle. Besides the initial encounter at Hawk, my purchasing a vehicle experience with Rosa was excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle at Hawk. This is the second car I buy at Hawk Mazda- loved my first CX-5. The service here while car shopping and after for car services was excellent. Sadly, I lost it to a house fire.
