James is an outstanding guy. He works with you, has constant communication and understands someone's concerns. I can be a difficult person to work with and he works with me witho He works with you, has constant communication and understands someone's concerns. I can be a difficult person to work with and he works with me without getting upset concerning my "sometimes" poor attitude towards things. I am a person that does not believe change is good, unless it is a change for the better. I am not a rich person and cars are extremely expensive to me. When something in a model is not there this year when it was last year but the vehicle is the same trim yet costs more, it makes me feel that I am not getting what I am paying more for. So I express those ideas and concerns and James can understand where I am coming from. Each year that I empty my bank account to get a new car, I expect it to be an improvement on the last one, not a disappointment. James works with me to help me feel more comfortable with what I am getting for my money, even if I am feeling a bit of "buyer's remorse" over the fact that something my vehicle used to have... disappeared. He understands me, and I understand that it isn't his fault. So he listens to me and my complaints about Mazda. It has nothing to do with Hawk or James. They are good people. It is the manufacturer of these vehicles that needs to get their act together. And that would be the only reason that I would consider a different make of vehicle. More
