Very disappointing. Over the last 12 months I've had 4 oil changes with your dealership, 3 of them being mobile. 1st, was a mobile service. I requested a tire rotation with service at time of appointment. Technician didn't have a jack on the service truck. 2nd was a mobile service. Technician couldn't remove and punctured oil filter at time of service. Vehicle had to be towed in for repairs. 3rd was a mobile service. I requested a tire rotation with service at time of appointment. Once again the technician didn't have a jack on the service truck. 4th was in Quick Lane. Was quoted 40 minute wait time at time of appointment. Service time was 2 hours 20 minutes. Not very quick!! More

Chris B from sales was real easy to work with. Knowledgeable and quick to respond to any inquiries. Chris also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was satisfactory. Andrew the sales manager handled the details of my sale. Very good communication, simple straightforward and smooth transaction. The service department took care of a few items following the sale. Josh from service was helpful. There was one minor hiccup after the sale, but the dealership stood behind their word and went above and beyond to make things right. In the end I am a very pleased with my experience at Hawk Ford and the entire team from Management to the Service Department. Thank you! More

I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent visit. If I could give separate ratings, I'd give a 5 for the front desk and a 4 for the technician, which brings my overall rating to a 4. The staff at the appointment desk were excellent—efficient and friendly. My only issue, and the reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5, was with the technician handling my vehicle. It seemed like they were wasting a lot of time talking with other technicians instead of focusing on completing the work on my car. I believe an oil change, tire rotation, and general check-up shouldn't take more than 30-40 minutes, but I ended up being there for just over an hour. I understand that sometimes assistance is needed between colleagues, but I feel it would be more efficient to finish the task at hand and then address any questions or conversations afterward. Overall, the service was good, but there's room for improvement in managing time and priorities during the actual vehicle service. More
