The staff was kind and professional. I booked my appointment using the ford app, and received a confirmation via email. When I showed up at the designated appointment time, the dealershi I booked my appointment using the ford app, and received a confirmation via email. When I showed up at the designated appointment time, the dealership had no record of my appointment and some confusion ensued. They did however fit me in and had great communication. I’d say the issue is not with the staff or dealership, but rather the electronic appointment interface. More
