He really treated me as a valued customer and not just a number. He addressed my concerns with time constraints and was able to get it done on time to accommodate my other needs. It is a bit sad that we do not get to talk to the mechanics who do such a great job on our cars and personally thank them! I did not appreciate the service department trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. My vehicle has 16000 miles and your service dept. is recommending a wheel alignment and cabin filter, overpriced and not sell me unnecessary repairs.
