Worst sales person I've ever dealt with. I was lied to multiple times including about the size of the bed in the truck I bought. I said I needed the bed to be at least 6ft. I found out a couple days later, when I went to put my work ladder in it, it was only 5'-10". When I questioned it the salesman told me they don't make this truck with a 6 1/2 ft bed. Not true. I talked to a manager and my option was to get the same truck, with the same options, with a 6 1/2 ft bed, sent from a different dealer, but would cost me $12k more. Even though the window stickers were the same. Or keep this truck and deal with it. I wasn't going to pay $12k more so now I'm stuck with a truck that is not even what I wanted. This truck has been in for service multiple times with many issues. Only a couple have actually been resolved. The most recent visit they replaced a warped painted bumper that was out of alignment with the rest of the front end on the driver side. I specifically told them I didn't want the bumper replaced unless they could guarantee it would look better. They assured me it would. Now that they replaced the bumper, the issue with the alignment of the bumper is better on the driver side but worse on the passenger side. On top of the issue still being there, the alignment where it meets the quarter panel is bad. Also, they chipped the paint on the quarter panel. And worst of all, the paint is NOT an exact match with the rest of the truck. I bought this truck new and after financing this truck is costing me $70k and now it looks like its been in an accident even though it hasn't. It only has 4500 miles on it. More
Just purchased used car in Aug. the weatherstripping came loose and was dangling. A few weeks later my husband called and another appointment was made and I believe the part was ordered during the second call. Took several week to resolve and I'm happy with the result but they should have resolved it sooner. More
