I brought my 2019 Acadia Denali to Hawk Chevy because I was so displeased with the dealership I purchased my car from. I was experiencing a common issue, the Shift to Park problem. When I had an issue with the same thing a month later, the manager Sean called me and told me to bring it back in. They replaced a different part and its working like new! Very happy with my service here- I wish it was where I purchased my car! More

Above and beyond! I was in town visiting relatives during a heat wave and needed emergency work done on my A/C. I’d been to Hawk before, but this was a last-minute thin I was in town visiting relatives during a heat wave and needed emergency work done on my A/C. I’d been to Hawk before, but this was a last-minute thing. They fit me in fast, did great work, and although I had to bring the car back again almost immediately for additional work (first the condenser went, then the compressor!), Hawk kept at it until the job was done right at no extra charge to me. Excellent work, great staff, and real “customer comes first” service, which is so hard to find today! More
