I scheduled a service to get new tires. I had received between emails and texts 11 confirmations in a 3 day period stating the time of the appt and which tires I was getting. I arrived at my appt, checked in and just asked about how long it would take and the gentleman said about 1 1/2 hrs. 2 1/2 hrs later I checked as to the status of my car as it wasn’t done and I hadn’t heard anything. Apparently, no one got my tires. So they had to go down the street and get them. When I asked why no one could have let me know, I was told you were very busy. He was apologetic, but that was unacceptable. My 1 1/2 hr appt ended up being 3 1/2 hrs. I was given a card for a free oil change but I’ve had to sit for over 2 hrs before for that before. More

Fast service for oil and fluid change. Said they would wash my car but did not. They were on time for the appointment.
