My family has been buying cars from this dealership since 1971 when we moved here from Baltimore Maryland. It was called Bill Jacobs Chevrolet back then. The only issue I had was when I arrived they told me that they might not have the part to do the recall repair. Why didn’t the service department check that they had they part when I made the appointment tw they might not have the part to do the recall repair. I went out of my way to make this appointment and to get there and be told they dude have the part was unacceptable. They did have the part so that worked out. They told me 1 hr repair when making the appointment and when they started the repair but it was 1 1/2 hours. More
