I was very disappointed. I didn’t even know who was helping me get checked in to or if I was checked in. The guy who took my check in never introduced himself. He did not communicate with me not even c helping me get checked in to or if I was checked in. The guy who took my check in never introduced himself. He did not communicate with me not even checking in to keep me posted. I waited over one hour and 20 minutes and never heard from anyone. Just a simple , we’re a little backed up but we’re almost done,” would have made me feel better. I finally went up to ask how much longer and the guy was eating at his computer. He was not present at all. I got stuck paying for more then half of my oil change with such a bad experience. I was never told what other services are recommended like should I have gotten my tires balanced and rotated what is recommended.??? The only positive thing was the greeter. He is always friendly and that is appreaciated. More
