Had a 7:15 am appointment for a scheduled oil change…. Done at 9:45 am. Not really acceptable amount of time for a scheduled oil change. This was a great experience. I arrived early and they were able to get me in right away and take care of my service. I enjoyed this much more than what I've experienced at other larger dealers in the Chi were able to get me in right away and take care of my service. Customer service is good but this last time I had my 2nd bad experience. I got my vehicle back. The guy who helped me, opened the door for me. When I got home and closed the door I noticed a dent that was n bad experience. I got my vehicle back. The guy who helped me, opened the door for me. When I got home and closed the door I noticed a dent that was not there when I dropped off my car. I am aware that pictures are taken so I can prove this. But I've decided that I will never take my car back there. I will make the drive to a different certified Cadillac service center. More
