No communication from the service department. Told it was a simple recall repair and you had the car from Tuesday until Saturday. Could of had the cat back on Friday but no one called to update us. And car is still making the same noise, so NOT FIXED!!!!!! More

I don’t believe this facility rotated my tires as all my numbers were THE exact same prior to drop off. Poor communication from advisor regarding status of car…Would’ve been appropriate if i was informed my numbers were THE exact same prior to drop off. Poor communication from advisor regarding status of car…Would’ve been appropriate if i was informed my car wasn’t ready at the promised time. Especially since the facility had my car for 7 hours for a brake inspection and tire rotation. No soul toon for the squeaking with my brakes as they were new. Starting believe they didn’t even do a proper inspection. Will be taking elsewhere for peace of mind. Things have definitely gone down hill with this service department. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Being from out of town, I thought it might be difficult to get an appointment for an oil change and safety checkup. Hawk proved me wrong! I was able to get a next day appointment. When I arrived the sta to get an appointment for an oil change and safety checkup. Hawk proved me wrong! I was able to get a next day appointment. When I arrived the staff was friendly and efficient. My car was done and I was out the door in under an hour. They even gave my car a wash! Thanks Hawks Subaru!! More
